Shayna keeps detailed notes on my care, pain and stress levels, treatments and injuries, and she tracks my progress so that she can give me the treatment that I need (cranio-sacral, deep tissue, relaxation, injury recovery, you name it!). I'm blessed to have found her and I refer all of my friends and family to Blue Buddha to experience the best possible care from Shayna.

Her caring and kind nature makes it feel like such a safe space to show up as you are and I always walk away feel better and more grounded. I cannot recommend going to Blue Buddha enough!

Not only is she good at what she does technically, but she takes the time to understand where you are physically and mentally, making for a wonderful holistic experience. She is incredibly kind, caring, and intuitive. Her cranial sacral treatment has had so many beneficial effects that I didn’t know were possible. I highly recommend her services if you are feeling stress, tension, fatigue, anxiety, soreness… basically everyone can benefit from her treatments and her energy. A+ for Blue Buddha Massage

She is not only great at deep tissue massage, but also with helping to reduce anxiety and stress through massage. She is the sweetest. You will not regret booking at Blue Buddha. 😊
