Our gang has been taking our deer there for years, best butchers in the valley and we've been to enough of them to know. Don't take my word for it, there's a reason these folks are always full. Being a long time hunter, I could likely debunk some of the negative reviews, but not much point, just take them with a grain of salt. Fact is, the owner of Back Country Butchers is as honest as the day is long, his staff is fantastic, and you should have no hesitation in taking your deer there.
Have used them two years now and they do a fantastic job.
Looking forward to returning to Back Country Butchers this fall. We've used them for years and can always count on them to provide excellent meat cutting quality. Second to none!
