As a first time buyer there are multiple things you need to watch out for and Tedd has been extremely thorough with everything. It makes the whole process enjoyable knowing you have someone who is trustworthy and actually cares about his clients needs. (June 9, 2022, 5:46 pm)Tedd was excellent in helping us purchase the perfect place. As out-of-town buyers from Toronto, we were unfamiliar with the Ottawa area. Within 24hrs, Tedd provided 35+ listings for us, and scheduled showings within the week. He is professional, but also very personable, which really made an impression on us. He prioritized our needs, and responded immediately to our calls. In spite of the stress associated with multiple offers and finalizing the contract, Tedd totally stepped up to help us through the challenges. He worked tirelessly to assist with the paperwork, as well as, clarified any concerns we had throughout the entire purchasing process. We will definitely work with Tedd again, and recommend him to our family and friends.

If you follow Tedd's advice, you will win! He is an excellent real estate professional, therefore he knows the market and he understands what needs to be done in order to close on a home. We listened to Tedd, we followed his professional advice and we got the house!
