I got a chance to talk to the owner and he was super friendly, let me try a few things that haven't been release yet. The beers are insanely good. I have never had such an incredible variety of flavours, there is something for everyone at this place. From dark dark and sour to light and fruity, they really have some of the best options for a crowd. If you're anywhere in the area, stop in for some samples, pick a few beers for home and I promise you won't regret it!

(April 20, 2022, 6:10 pm)Great sour beers and recently some excellent stouts. Have been a culture club member for a few years now and I enjoy the special releases along with the advanced access to their Smuv series or those aforementioned barrel aged stouts. Good people

(April 20, 2022, 3:53 pm)If you are looking for authentic barrel ages sour beers, this is one of the best places in the country for it. The beers range from light sourness to pucker your cheeks sour. The staff know their beers and process very well, they love giving out samples so you know what you are buying. They also love to show off the brewhouse. I've loved everything I have tried there and they are a regular stop for out of towners.
