(February 14, 2023, 5:54 pm)Had the chicken cutlet with added garlic aioli (absolutely fantastic), and the steak sandwich. The latter could use a bit more aioli, which they gave us freely. The meat is sirloin, which is amazing for a sub. Their Portuguese bread is also quite good. Macaroni salad tasted freshly made.
Seating was bar-style, the place is nice and bright and the bathroom was very clean.
Super happy to have this little joint in Kanata! Will definitely go back to try more combinations. -

(January 6, 2023, 5:40 pm)Visited for the first time today with my wife. Got a bowl and a sandwich. There's a lot of options for toppings, they all seemed very fresh and quality ingredients. Staff were very friendly and helped with the entire process. My wife was very happy to be able to put potato chips on her sandwich. Will definitely be going back for more. One other thing to note is the prices are very good and the portions I found generous too.

(October 17, 2022, 8:58 pm)Hidden just by the plaza by the shell at Terry fox/kanata avenue, Sandwich factory is worth a try if you’re looking for a tasty and fresh sandwich. Highly recommend getting the steak as your protein with the egg bread. You can choose up to 3 different meats/protein which is a great option- I do love a good variety!
Staff are very welcoming and friendly. There’s a noticeable effort of care that goes into these sandwiches and you can tell the staff are patient but it also makes for a long wait, especially doing rush hour. Probably the only “negative” thing I would say is the wait times. Hopefully something they can work on to be more efficient ! -

(August 15, 2022, 9:03 pm)Awesome place. Glad we discovered it. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was very tasty. Only one vegetarian choice but, was delicious. I suggest adding more vegetarian choices such as tofu, black beans, chick peas.......it's a local restaurant. I will be returning 100%

(August 3, 2022, 7:53 pm)First time trying out this store. Their sandwich is very fresh and tasty. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had, even better than the ones I’ve made myself. Staffs were super approachable and kind. Love this place. Definitely RECOMMEND.
