She explained why I was feeling my aches and pains and even suggested warmups for me to do at the gym so I wouldn’t sustain my injuries again. My shoulders already feel better after going once. I’ll keep coming back, and I highly recommend Ashley! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful. After three visits in addition to three physio therapy visits, I’m back to normal activities and the back issues I’ve dealt with for over a year are GONE! Thank you, Cheryl!

(February 1, 2022, 5:24 pm)I've been looking for a decent place for massage for years now and happy to say I have now found it. They have a number of locations throughout the city including Almonte. I went to the Greenbank location. It is a great location with lots of parking, with other stores nearby to do a one-stop shop. I felt a good atmosphere the second I walked in. It was quiet and relaxing. They have a variety of different types of massage therapy as well as massage therapists to accommodate what your needs are. Kristin did an amazing job and it was obvious she knew what she was doing. They're online booking system is excellent and easy to do. Prices are also reasonable compared to other places.
