The whole process is virtual and they send super clear step by step instructions to complete the tasks. They also send lots of reminders to ensure the tasks get completed. Their website and emails provided lots of detailed information on the process of closing the transaction and my law clerk was quick to answer my questions. They were very clear on what information they needed me to provide them for a smooth closing. I would definitely use them again for my next real estate transaction
