(March 24, 2017, 5:16 pm)Len and Ottawa Pool and Patio did a major pool refit and re-plumbing and complete backyard patio build and landscape project for me. Stone patios, walkways, walls, building a wooden structure, etc. I had a very large multi month project and Len was on the jobsite almost every day supervising his crew and talking to me. Len was always very reachable and was quickly and professionally able to deal with issues and project changes as they came up. All of Len's crew, and his son Tyler who works with him, were very good to work with. Len's landscape designer he works with is excellent. The ideas and proposals were great, and we were very happy with the project. Cost and timelines was as promised and contracted. I'd use Len again, and I'd have no hesitation recommending him.

It's about the context that the pool is put into and that's counts for a lot. This is where the experience kicks in and I can say I was very satisfied with Ottawa Pool and Patio's work and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Because of the slope of our lot, it was a challenging project - we interviewed other pool contractors, but they seemed short of good ideas. The team at Ottawa Pool and Patio not only installed a gorgeous pool, the project was on time and on budget. The work was carried very professionally and the work ethic of the team was amazing. In particular, they suggested and implemented a very creative use of a solar heating, which was a key to making the project possible. Follow-up and service was great, we are thrilled with both the design and functionality of the end product, and our pool and patio are standing up very well to the elements.
