Highly recommend this clinic, friendly atmosphere. I went to clinic with lower back discomfort. Nick was really informative and thorough with consultation. Established an exercise plan which has made all the difference to my comfort level. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic.
Merrill is a true professional and very nice person! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and I definitely can recommend it :)
My experience with the Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sports Clinics over the years has been wonderful. Various members of my family have worked with a few of the physiotherapists as issues come up for us and the therapists' compassion and expertise has been so helpful. I highly recommend them.
I was (and am) very pleased with the support I received from my physiotherapist at this location. Merrill took the time to assess me and I feel that the therapies she applied were of great help to ease my discomfort in the short term, and the ideas she presented for long-term improvement in my strength and flexibility will be very useful. I also enjoyed the quiet and peace of the smaller clinic atmosphere. It will be especially helpful to me that Merrill has neuro training, as this is pertinent to my chronic health issues.
I first started with Nick at Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sport Clinic- Kanata Lakes, on a recommendation from a friend. I have now referred 3 others because of the care that I have received. Nick is professional, attentive and willing to try different strategies to find what works for his patients. I know that if I have questions, he is always available to answer them. He is effective in his treatment plan and doesn't keep you going if it's not needed. I appreciate the flexibility of going between both Barrhaven and Kanata depending on my schedule. I would highly recommend the clinic (and have done so!).
