I pulled a muscle badly in my back, and was at the point where sitting up and even breathing deeply were difficult. Elena managed to fit me in right away, and with her massage, and suggestion about having an epsom-salt bath, I was 90% recovered in two days. Even when I've injured the same place much less severely in the past, it's taken longer than that to improve so drastically.
Elena is my massage therapist that I have been with for more than 10 years. She finds all the problem spots right away, and fixes them one by one. She also show me some exercises to improve and maintain the good posture.
I feel renewed and relaxed after every session with her .

I first met Elena when I had a problem with my back several years ago. She fixed my back, and since then, whenever I start having a tiny bit of pain, I go for a massage, and what a wonderful treat. I do recommend Elena; her massage is wonderful. She is also a very pleasant person. Highly recommended.
