He impressed me with his thoroughness and follow up in seeking feedback on his listing without sales pressure. I am from out of town, so he was very accommodating to schedule several different property visits in day to let me see them directly and compare. When I focused on one property and had many questions before making an offer, he facilitated this and made sure I received answers, so I am confident with my decision to purchase. Jonas was there at each step to support and was very kind and helpful. I would recommend his services to anyone that is buying or selling a property, whether it is their 1st or 10th. He is adept at "reading the room" and changing his approach to meet needs of his client(s). It was a pleasure working with Jonas.

(December 6, 2022, 1:39 pm)My experience with Jonas was excellent. In my opinion he took on a not so easy to sell home and got it SOLD! I appreciated his effort and hard work that went into finer details that a lot of agents don't use. Providing feature sheets with mortgage information, having open house days & even a polite sign near the door to please remove your shoes. I would recommend his service to friends & family.

(April 29, 2022, 10:56 pm)Met up with Jonas to talk about potentially purchasing a home. I was always interested in looking to buy a home but was always intimidated by the whole process. After having a relaxed conversation over coffee with Jonas, he calmed my nerves about the whole thing. He explained step by step on what’s needed in the process on buying a home. As well as everything that’s needed from me and how he’d be there to help me through every step of the way. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions (I had a lot of questions haha). Can’t recommend Jonas enough! Very easy to talk to and recommend him to anyone interested in anything regarding real estate!
