(December 24, 2021, 6:25 pm)Shaun has helped our Peewee hockey team do some off-ice training for the past few months. The kids really enjoy it! He is very passionate about his work and prepares workouts that are fun and engaging. We can tell that he doesn't do this for the money but for his love of the kids. He is a great motivator and loves seing them surpass their expectations when they succeed in doing something that was difficult. Thanks Shaun... Great work! -Rick (head coach)

(November 13, 2021, 8:15 am)Not enough categories to fully describe what Shawn brings to the table, so clicked them all and then some. Daughter was hammering use for strength/speed training to complement existing soccer training, and had the son tag along (who is any but into strength training) to see if it will take with him too for baseball/hockey training. Well, after the first session, both kids had a blast, looking forward to the next session, and a month and a half into it, strength training with Shaun is the absolute highlight of their week. Shaun shows up with a TON of energy, and its clearly infectious on the kids, they have a blast, come out smiling, and the increased performance is 100% visible in their sport from 2 weeks on. Highly recommended to reach the next level.

My son is excited each time we workout and Sean has helped "release the beast" in my boy. Very, very happy!

My teen has not been particularly active in the past, but Shaun brings out the best in my child--he inspires his clients to dig deep and give it their all. My child and spouse both come home having had excellent work outs and positive feelings about their progress. Would totally recommend!
