Most of the time, I've been fortunate to work with honest and hardworking companies / individuals. Many of them have met my expectations. But Tom and his team at OAR have always EXCEEDED expectations by a long shot. I can confidently say OAR is the best restaurant maintenance and repair company I've ever worked with. I highly recommend them. Tom answers his phone, doesn't over promise and always over delivers. As much as I hate to see things breakdown, I never want to invite that, BUT if and when; I'm almost happy because I know I'll get to see and work with the best in the business to get me back up and running. If you have any issues or repairs, from fridges to HVAC, do yourself a favour and call Tom at OAR.

They make great recommendations that will save us the business when it comes to equipment maintenance. Tom runs the show and is extremely professional and cares greatly about doing the job properly the first time.

They were able to fix our AC leak quickly and for a great price. We have used them for multiple HVAC repairs since and will definitely continue to use their services! -

(November 13, 2020, 11:44 pm)Before anyone reads on; there is no other commercial kitchen / appliance Repair company that comes close to this one*** 100% recommend for any commercial needs.
I own a restaurant and use OAR for all necessary work. We took over an old space and Tom from OAR worked with us constantly to make sure our kitchen was up to par. Since then they are my go to guys for everything I need, we’ve been open for just over 2 years and everyone we have dealt with thru OAR has been nothing less than professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This week our pump on our ice machine blew and I texted Tom from Oar, he came in the same day, found out what the issue was, found is a pull that night, called me to make sure it would work for me and then ordered it and came in and installed it the next day.
Needless to say, I work with plenty or suppliers/ contractors etc. And there’s no one I trust like OAR, it’s a company you can trust with anything at all. No job too small or too big.
I’ll gladly vouch for them at any point, 5 stars across the board. -
