(January 23, 2023, 9:55 am)I grew tired of the big bulky full handle pieces that were installed by another shower glass company. I contacted M&T Glass to remove the old shower glass system I had for so many years and to install new panels and new hardware. Perfect fit. No leaking. Very modern look!

(October 25, 2022, 12:38 pm)These guys are the best. 5 star service. Ken, at the service counter was so helpful...and fully bilingual. I had a broken window operator and they were able to find a new part that fit perfectly. I thought we would have to replace the whole window but this part worked great. I returned the week later for another part, for another window, and again excellent service. They have every window part needed. Highly recommend.

(September 8, 2022, 2:49 pm)I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars since they did make an effort to make things right.
They had scheduled to send someone to my house for a replacement of 2 of my window cranks and I took the morning off work to be home for this, they never showed up at the time of the appointment, no one answered the phone when I called several time and left messages to find out what was going on, and no one called me back it's been over 24 hours now. I had been waiting a week for the repair and now I have start the whole thing over somewhere else. Very disappointed.
After this first review I got a call and was scheduled in for the work a second time. They came this time on time but they cracked the window in the process. They did then fix it within a few days. So now it is all fixed.
Each time they came they left a mess on the floor, it would have been nice if they swept it up. It would have been nice if they had a towel to lay their tools down instead of directly on my bamboo desk.
The caulking could have been done better. -

(August 23, 2022, 4:54 pm)Best customer service in town for window parts. Very knowledgeable and kind stuff. I couldn't close my window due to crank handle broken. I was looking for a replacement . I found the right size and model to fix my window.
I highly recommend to use M&T glass .
