It's just disappointing that a Big and Tall place doesn't offer a tall option on sizes bigger than 4X on most products (there are a few exceptions). You can be big and tall at the same time.. Hope this changes as there are little to no options for us big and tall guys..

(August 20, 2021, 8:27 pm)We were helped out by the very friendly store manager, Josh. He pointed out items that were a good fit, in the right price range, and made my partner feel happy and confident. The personal touch really augmented the ahopping experience and we know we will be back.
If you struggle to find clothes in your size, I recommend giving this place a try! -

(August 20, 2021, 12:12 am)Josh was engaging from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. He checked on me several times to make sure everything was good during my stay in their store. When i went to pay, there was issues with my card, Josh assured me that he would stay while i figured out the issue with my bank, the store had already closed at this point. Even 30 minutes in to the issue Josh was still keeping me calm and making jokes as we waited for the bank to fix the problem.
Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and one that will be hard to match. George Richards are lucky to have him!
Unrelated to the great customer service, this store offers a wide variety of good quality fashion forward clothes. My go to for clothes plus there seems to always be some sale on which is great.
