(March 4, 2022, 9:06 pm)Amazing customer service with them. When I bought my winter tires from them the past year they offered their tire insurance. Which for what I paid for and $10 per tire was pretty much a steal. I was grateful that I bought the insurance and this year the potholes around ottawa has been atrocious. I dropped off my tire and rim. They ordered a new one and made sure my rim was still good. Balanced and installed once it came in. In and out in 15 minutes tops even with me dropping of the tire initially. when they placed my spare back in its place they tied everything in my truck, even put my shoes that fell out of my bag as I was disgruntled the night it happen. Total professional the entire time. Best tire shop company I dealt with in my lifetime! Keep of the excellent work frisby tire ottawa east!!!

(February 7, 2022, 6:48 pm)Just ordered and installed a new set of winter tires at Frisby Tire Industrial Ave. Francis Peori (General Manager) and his team were incredibly responsive, and service was excellent. They were able to order the tires I wanted in two days, and install was very quick. Highly recommend!

(February 7, 2022, 12:51 am)While I did not get my vehicle serviced, I called to get an appointment to get the wheels on my car checked for balancing / alignment. Explained the issue to the manager or tech who took time to check if this had happened immediately after a snowstorm. When I confirmed it, he advised that it might just be some ice buildup on the insides of the wheel rim and suggested that I should just try cleaning the tires at a car wash - warm water, high pressure.
Did not use a car wash due to the extreme cold but used a hair dryer and got the ice off. Took some time but the issue was resolved. A big thank you to the person who gave me the suggestion and did not just have me come in and charge for an alignment/ balancing.
They have definitely got me as a customer. -
