Not only is he super professional and effective at therapeutic massage (my aches and pains are always improved after a visit), but he is also a genuinely interesting person to talk to. I've followed him from another massage clinic and I will absolutely continue to see him.

(January 7, 2021, 6:32 pm)I had the pleasure of getting a massage at Essential Health Massage Therapy this week. Great prices and very clean environment. I saw Shannon for a deep tissue treatment. She is the best, i've had many deep tissue massages and this was by far the best.
If you are looking for a deep tissue massage in Ottawa, you have to go to this spot and request Shannon.
Best spot in Ottawa!
