I've only seen one apartment but it's bright and well laid out. The public spaces are a little dated -- the building is on the older side -- but pleasant. Location pretty good. Good mix of tenants. Nothing wrong with anything but not much stands out either.
Nice apartments, there is a guest suite, exercise room, and party room. The pool has been closed for ages.
