(April 27, 2021, 6:45 pm)We received good service during the purchase period. After the install we had an issue. After a less then favorable review the store manage call me, listen to my concerns and then ask to visit. After the visit he was able to find a solution.
This shows me that he really cares about his customers and will go out of his way.
We will be shopping at Alexanian Carpet & Flooring again. -
