We have lived at 1825 Russell Road one year before we had to move to another province and we can definitely recommend this place for someone who is looking for affordable, distant from the busy roads place which is not far from centre. Before moving here, we had visited at least a dozen of different apartments in Ottawa and I can confidently say that this one was the best place in terms of value for money. The location is still not perfect but there are always some compromises to make. Another positive thing about this place is friendly and cooperative management team which makes this place to feel like home.
