So many people were waiting in line and everything was flowing still. Didn’t wait long considering that it was lunch time… Nice customer service. Will definitely be back again in the future.

(June 6, 2022, 4:16 pm)It's my 2nd time going there and this time they got the wrong order😑..I specifically asked for regular and no drumsticks and I got 1 drumstick n some spicy 🤨 Even taters didn't taste the same as last time...lacking salt 🧂. I will not stop going there because of 1 mistake but next time I will have to double check everything before I leave cuz $40 is a LOT!

(July 4, 2021, 3:15 pm)Just to get it out of the way, this place IS similar to KFC in many ways like the menu options and the way the fried chicken is cooked. However, I do think that Mary Brown's Chicken is a very good alternative to KFC. The fried chicken is good. I am a drumstick kind of person and it was delicious. I wish they had gravy included in my meal for the chicken breast because it was a bit dry but I didn't see an option to add it nor was I offered it. The mac n cheese was fine; nothing to saw about it. But the biggest star of my meal was definitely the potato wedges. They are the best wedges I have ever had cooked and seasoned perfectly. I also got their fried chicken burger and I was very happy with the piece of chicken I got. It was super thick and was actually made of chicken instead of just fried batter. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you want a KFC alternative.
