Mano & Alonzo (Zeitoun HVAC) were very personable and focused on installing effective cold air return ducts at our home. Prior to their arrival, temperatures between the 1st and 2nd floors varied by 10C in the sweltering summer weather despite having central A/C.
Mano provided a very good design plan to create new ducts on the 2nd floor and to modify existing ductwork elsewhere. After they completed the work, it resulted in a very comfortable physical environment where temperatures were held constant on each floor.
Demolition and subsequent repair of walls and ceilings was held to a minimum.
It was a valuable yet economical investment in home comfort!
