Such a wonderful and fun piercing experience with Catalaya. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, with a spotless studio and uplifting energy! She provided helpful insight and considerations for my conch piercing, and took the time to explain the process at every step. She was so helpful and responsive to all my questions— from jewelry selection to after care guidance. So happy with my choice to go to Catalaya and looking forward to going back!

I highly recommend Catalaya Piercing Studio! Not only was she super friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable about all the piercing options available to me and what would heal best for my lobes. There's no pushing or coaxing to do more than you want to or are ready for. The studio was comfortable, bright and most importantly clean! I will be returning to get my next piercings done here. You get what you pay for, which is awesome service, lovely earrings and a clean business.

Hands down , the BEST experience I have had while getting pierced .. and I have had MANY piercings / gone to many different places and studios over the years.

Catalaya is professional and kind from the moment she opens the door actually from the moment you contact her.
She makes sure to give you all information needed / instructions before hand and ask all the right questions.
When arriving , the space is clean and ready and BEAUTIFULLY decorated.

You have a waiting room separate from the piercing space which adds a great sense of security. Everything was CLEAN and sterile, the jewellery was organized for viewing and many different options so you weren’t limited. The piecing itself was quick and painless (everyone will have a different pain experience) but she spoke you through everything she was doing from the moment you walked in until you left.
Not only did I feel safe and comfortable, she took amazing care of me and listened to exactly what I wanted / suggested many things!

All in all it was a beyond amazing experience, I have already told soooo many people about her and won’t stop. Not to mention I will be going back MANY more times to get more piercings done.

I had such a great experience with Catalaya! She listened to all my questions and explained everything to me thoroughly. The process of getting my piercing done went very smoothly and she even gave me a teddy bear to hold on to while I was getting it done which is so sweet. Overall she was just so helpful and thorough throughout the whole process, she made sure I was good with the placement of the piercing and the jewelry that was used. I felt very comfortable with her and will definitely be coming back! I absolutely love my piercing❤️

So glad I found Catalaya! She pierced my 6 month old baby’s ears and did a great job. I was specifically looking for someone who did not use the “traditional” piercing gun. She took the time to explain how she would be piercing my daughter’s ears and the after care. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.
