(July 6, 2021, 5:47 pm)My umbrella broke and my neighbour suggested I get a new piece made for it. I contacted these guys and they responded right away. They were upfront about the cost and time they thought it would to make the piece. They made the piece and refined it some more to make it fit perfectly. Everyone I met were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go to them again for assistance.

(April 7, 2021, 10:51 pm)I needed a custom part fabricated (lathe + mill operations) and SMW did a great job with it. Getting a quote from my CAD model / dimensional drawings was easy (as a bonus, the machinist identified a small potential problem with my design during that process), and the work was done in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. Fit & finish were bang on. Can't ask for any more than that!
