(July 1, 2021, 6:12 pm)Amazing Team of contractors and landscapers. Jonathan and his team are fabualous, hardworking, efficient, cost effective and the politest landscapers in whole of Ottawa. I have had my share of landscapers and the common factor in all of them is that they are all sweet before the contract and during the sale. Once the work is done they become indifferent. But not Jonathan and UGC. They followed up later, evaluated their work and were so efficient that I don't have enough words to express my gratitude. They did such an amazing work to my backyard that we have become the envy of our neighbourhood. I have even recommended Jonathan to all my friends and neighbors. FANTASTIC Customer Service both before and after. Keep up the Amazing work Jonathan.

Crew teams are always friendly and out going. I've recommended them to family and friend who continue to keep with UGC Services team. -

(March 9, 2021, 10:19 pm)The team that you UGC services did such a wonderful job with not only the snow which we had an Abundance of it but also salting was very impressive one of the managers Victor spent a lot of time explaining the difference between a more less expensive salt compared to a fair priced salt that did the job perfectly we had no slip and falls thanks guys again, looking forward to next year!
