(November 28, 2023, 3:18 pm)My dietitian, Alexandra Hétu, is amazing. She has helped me (and continues to help me) lose weight so that I can reach my target. She is very nice, and encouraging, and really knows what she is doing. I have been steadily losing weight, but with her guidance it hasn't really been that hard. I am eating delicious food and haven't found myself hungry since following her instructions. With Alexandra's help I am losing weight in a healthy, manageable, and maintainable manner. Thank you so much, Alexandra!
