The venue itself is a Brewhouse - it's not fancy, but it is warm and welcoming, just like the people who work there. The gentleman we spoke with, Benjamin, was passionate, informed, and friendly. We had a wonderful time visiting with him and learning about the Shillow story, discussing the beer, and relaxing. The beer itself was delicious and you can really tell they care about what they're doing. Can't wait to see where you go from here - thank you for your hospitality and we will be back when we're in town next.

(November 11, 2022, 6:59 pm)Ordered online here a few times during the pandemic, I think Ben had delivered all but one of my orders, such a pleasant human.
My favorites would have to be the Blueberry Grunt (pretty tough to find a blueberry focused beer is Ottawa), which drinks like a cup of blueberry ice cream without an overpowering sweetness.
I did order a NEIPA during the summer which I think was a bit over carbed, even after a few days in the fridge it was still tough to pour, still quite good though.
all in all they seem to be very pleasant people and I look forward to buying more of the Blueberry Grunt now that it's back in season. -

(August 14, 2022, 9:04 pm)Phenomenal beers. Everything we had was special and unique to its type: lemon wit, fruit punch sour, Belgian rye ale, and the blonde dry hopped lager.
Additionally, Ben’s customer service was great and very friendly. He really respects one’s pallet and tried to find out what beers you would enjoy. -

(February 10, 2022, 12:12 am)I am not sure about the best beer, but it drinks very easily. This one in particular was very good with a light bitterness of hops.
The owner is extra friendly. I will definitely visit this brewery if I am around.
