We highly recommend Renovatek and we can't thank them enough for the work they did. They truly transformed our home and made it even more perfect for our growing family. Bernard and his team were extremely friendly, communicated with us on a daily basis, offered advice and tips on design that exceeded our expectations and more. They added an extension to our kitchen, removed a supporting wall and flushed all beams in our house. They also removed all popcorn and did amazing work with new hardwood in the staircase (including railing) and upstairs landing. They recently added a brand new window to our main bathroom as well. It was a smooth process and once completed, the whole family was sad to see them go. It's the best investment we've made for our home. Thank you so much Bernard and team!

Renovatek is a bilingual, family-run business with 30 years experience. Also has an A+ rating at BBB. Renovatek's staff are deeply professional, skilled renovators and we were impressed from the start:

1. Design phase -- they produce 3d images so you can digest the vision / visualize what you're getting.
2. Comprehensive project plan including clear statement of what is in and out of scope / including materials and budgets.
3. In-person consultation on the details to consider and to provide advice, and to address all questions (zero pressure).
4. During the work phase - staff were masked in the house at all times during COVID19.
5. Outstanding attention to detail -- artisan level craftsmanship and integrity, very obvious they take deep pride in their work.
6. Clean work site – ensured spaces were very clean after each day
7. All staff very polite and courteous – “went the extra mile” on a regular basis.

Situation was so great we kept adding extra jobs -- for which they were very adaptable and accommodating. So, the true standard in a rating – without reservation we would have Renovatek back to do other major jobs for us. Very highly recommended.

We had our basement finished by Renovatek and we were very pleased with the entire process. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous and took care of our home like it was their own.
