(May 23, 2020, 12:08 am)Gave him a call for my parents' lawnmower but he was gone for the weekend and booked during the weekdays.
Told him I may need to take it elsewhere in that case so I can get it fixed up for them but he still took the time to understand what was wrong and he gave me possible solutions which I'll be trying tomorrow.
He was very helpful and friendly, will definitely take the lawnmower to him if I can't figure it out. -

He also recommended a couple minor modifications that would make my trailer perform better and be more rigid on the road (I've scheduled another appointment to have these modifications done). Great guy and great work. Highly recommend.
