(March 15, 2021, 1:50 pm)We’ve used Poirier for years but we really challenged them last week. Our septic needed replacement and of course, we suddenly needed a pump out on (very) short notice. Glenda in the office was incredibly accommodating and reassuring during an extremely stressful time. They got the job done quickly and right on our contractor’s schedule. I would give them 6 stars if I could and highly recommend them. A++

The price was right and both the staff who came to my home and the wonderfully nice woman on the phone were very friendly and helpful!
I will absolutely be calling on them again in the future. -

I've been three weeks without a running system. I decided to call Poirier and everything was figured out in a couple of questions, what was wrong. Thank you so much for your kindness and knowledge.
