I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Simon. I came to Simon with a few issues that needed addressing (some easy some not so clear).
Many of my sessions consisted of stretching and deep tissue manipulations you know "the good kind of hurt". Through this recovery journey, Simon was been and continues to be there to answer my many and I mean many questions.

Amazing RMT treatment from Simon! I’ve had a problem with my left hip, Piriformis Syndrome. Simon knew exactly what to do for treatment and also provided at home stretches. Location and treatment was provided in a very comfortable and soothing environment. Extremely happy with the service.

I have lower back issues. Simon asked me pointed questions and figured out what an additional problem was. It was a pinched nerve on my thigh. With his explanation, I understood it was caused by the way that I sat while watching TV. My legs were tucked up to the side. It compressed the nerve and felt excruciating. He worked on the sore areas and I don’t sit that way ( extremely poor posture). Half the problem was solved. A big thanks.
