They are careful with my products and have been willing and able to adjust to last minute changes such as adding deliveries or adjusting pick up times. They are also willing to go above and beyond to ensure my clients receive the products safely (they have been willing to accommodate to clients with exceptional delivery needs). I value having them as part of my team.

(July 14, 2022, 8:56 pm)First time we deal with OMG was a bit of an emergency. I work for a dealership in Cornwall, and had parts that were short-shipped. I contacted Tom and explained that I needed parts picked at Carling Avenue and dropped off on Industrial Ave. It was an extremely short-notice call, and they accommodated me rapidly and extremely professionally. I will be definitely use the Ottawa Messenger Group again!

OMG answered my call in person, made it easy to arrange what I needed, and set up pick up and delivery without a fuss, and at an affordable cost.
The response and service was efficient, effective, human, friendly, and with a sense of humour to match mine.
