Mr Foundation Inc.

The work itself was fine but the communication was terrible. They told us they had us scheduled for service for the first week of July and they would contact us a week before the set it up. First week of July started in June so I thought maybe they meant the following week. I emailed them the second week of July, no response so I called them and then they got back to me towards the end of the second week and said they would be there at the end of the following week. We asked to re-schedule to the following Monday, they said no problem. Monday morning when they were supposed to start, they emailed me after they were supposed to have started and said they were short staffed and had to re-schedule, it's a crazy time for everyone, not a big deal, would have preferred a call but not a big deal. I then replied to the e-mail with a few dates that would work for us and asked for them to let me know when they could re-schedule it for. I heard nothing. The next morning I was at work and my wife was woken up as they showed up. I checked my email and they emailed an hour before they showed up to say they would be there. I rushed home and the worker in charge was very pleasant but he didn't even know where he was doing the work. I got them set up and they did the work but then just left without any updates. They fixed the crack on the outside but didn't touch the inside. I emailed to get an update and heard nothing. The next morning they showed up again and woke my wife while i was at work. I zipped home but they left by the time I got there. I found time to call their office and a few hours later they finally got back to me and let me know they'd be there in an hour to finish the job. The work itself I think is good but I won't know until the spring as I received no updates about the progress.
Long story short, friendly staff, poor communication. Left my Wife and I very stressed.

From the moment called the office for a quote Pat and his staff we're very helpful and courteous showed up the next day right on time gave a quote that afternoon the guys that came too the house we're very friendly and explained everything that they had too do they finished the job cleaned up brought me outside too show me what they had done assured me if I had any problems not to hesitate to call Pat the owner came by the house the next day to see me and make sure I was happy with the job and reassured me about their guaranty when the whether improved they came back and replaced the patio stones you would never have known there was work done and the biggest thanks I have was that when I called Mr Foundation and explained I was leaving to go south and I was afraid to have water come in when I was gone they came right away and had everything fixed before I left thanks again Pat

Fantastic Price and Job well done. I had a very good quote to fix a crack in my basement. Chris gave me the quote and the job was done in good time at my specified time. They had to re-do the interlock and they did not leave till we were happy. The team of JP and Tate were polite and did the job with diligence. I recommend this company to get the job done right.
