They are very knowledge, have a great selection of office equipment, very responsive when called upon and they are good people. I really enjoy working with Dan and Claude. Having my in-office printing needs taken care of by m5 has alowed us to use a cutting-edge technology high-volume printer with no need to worry about running out of toner ink or paying extra labour bills for emergency repair situations. The customer service that Dan and his team has provided for me has been white-glove anytime, all the time!
