Never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments, and the nurses are GREAT.
Very friendly, professional, and blood draws are very smooth, always a success on the first try.

(September 9, 2022, 7:19 pm)Due to previous experience I would rate them as 5 stars however they recently changed from 10 minute to 5 minute bookings. I arrived for my appointment on time and the lab was running 20 minutes behind schedule. The technicians were rushed and the one who did my daughter did not take enough time or care. They had to do both arms leaving her in pain and traumatized. She has to do monthly bloodwork so this is a big problem for us. Please reverse your appointment policy back to 10 minite intervals and give the technicians the time needed to draw blood with care and sanitize properly between patients.
