Mitch was able to find me tenants during the harshest winter months with ease, and not only have they been the most amazing tenants, they agreed to above market rent from what we were seeing at the time. A big thank you to both of you, being six hours away from my rental adds ample stress, but Mitch was able to get the job done!

In just three months, they were able to get my 6 suite property 100% occupied from only having 2 rented. They respond quickly and get things done. They are very organized. My rents are collected promptly transferred to me in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
