James took the time to explain the issue, how I could troubleshoot it and what to watch out for. He went way above and beyond my expectation, and the price was reasonable! Completely recommend without reservation!

First Judy was able to find my email (which had been put in a spam folder) and get me set up for the needed repair work to my dryer vent. James was very prompt and not only repaired my dryer vent, but secured it to the wall. He also explained the essentials for maintaining the vent on an ongoing basis. We have used J.D. Swallow's services for years- it is an excellent company with great staff; very knowledgeable about their business.
