(April 20, 2021, 5:21 pm)We hired Gravelle Building Environments Inc. to test our property (in Ottawa) for mold because they are not mold remediators...we needed a non-biased test and report from an independent contractor. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest and thorough inspection of their home or office. Definitely would recommend for peace of mind.

Our insurance company required a 3rd party assessment, this also gave us peace of mind to ensure that the mold was not spread throughout the uilding! Based on my Experience, I HIGHLY recommend!!

(September 7, 2020, 8:43 pm)I am so impressed with Justin's excellent customer service...I just sent him a quick email re: effectiveness of using anti-microbial paint on molded drywalls and he responded immediately. That in itself is not so unusual but the fact that it's a long weekend and my request was not for his service--just free advice that he gave me. Having said this, I will definitely give him a call for a VOC/Mold Test when my mold resurfaces in the bathroom. Keep up the good work Justin and thanks.

(December 21, 2019, 9:13 pm)Their mold inspection and testing was great. Although they were unable to come same day, it was worth the wait. Numerous testing for mould was performed indoors and we received the results next day. No hidden costs. Honest, proffessional and great to deal with.

(August 2, 2019, 9:49 pm)Justin came to our residence in Ottawa to test the indoor air quality. He performed various types of measurements and mold sampling with high-tech devices. A professional report was sent to me a few days later with results and specific recommendations to improve the indoor air. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service without hesitation.
