After going through the Family care services website, I contacted them to request their services. From the first touch, I felt assured because the company showed professionalism at some point of the communication and I had recourse to their services. I was no longer wrong because the help they supplied to my aunt for her care at home was very professional and efficient. I recommend this employer due to the fact they are now an actual aid for my aunt and everybody in the family is happy.

They took the time to understand my dad's needs and worked with us to find the best daycare for him. The person who took care of my father was very professional and very caring. She took the time to listen to him and understand what he needed. She was also very patient and showed great commitment to her well-being. I was very impressed with the level of care and support Family Care Services gave my father. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for qualified child care.

They went above and beyond to look after elderly father. I had called on Family care services for my mother with a loss of autonomy who lives in a residence for the elderly, and I do not regret my choice. I live 45 km from my mother, and she had started to need help with her personal hygiene. Since Family care has been involved, my mother is happy and I, satisfied with the efficiency of the service, the attendants take good care of Mom. Now when I visit my mom, we spend quality time together, no need to help her with anything. I highly recommend Family care services.
