(December 16, 2023, 1:56 am)I belong to a charitable organization that hosts an annual church service and gala dinner event. Unfortunately, the person responsible for having the programs printed fell ill at the last moment and couldn't complete the job, leaving us in a precarious position with only three days before the event. I took on the job of completing the program and having it printed.
I phoned several print shops, but none could do the work in three days; Staples would need ten days. Then I stumbled on Elephant Print. Naheed was so pleasant on the phone, and after explaining what I needed and the time pressure I was under, I was overjoyed when she said she would do it for me in one day.
I took my memory stick and arrived at her establishment just as it opened. It was near Highway 174, so very convenient. Naheed and her husband were just opening the shop, and they both greeted me warmly; she instantly remembered that I was the person who had phoned the day before.
We reviewed the program on her computer and made a few corrections as I waited. She then printed off a copy, and we made a few more formatting corrections. All the time, I was conversing with Naheed and her husband and discussing our organization.
We parted, and I was told my programs would be ready in a few hours. I was shocked when she called about ninety minutes later and said the job was finished. The quality of the work was excellent. I paid the bill, took my programs, and felt relieved that a potential disaster had been averted. I can’t recommend Elephant Print more strongly and won't hesitate to use it again. I will also refer my colleagues.
