This was our first house purchase and we weren’t exactly familiar with the whole procedure but Derek was extremely helpful by guiding us through it all step by step. We were also able to get our pre-approval in less than 24h. All in all, the process was made pleasant and made for a great first experience. A friendly and professional mortgage broker that I would highly recommend.

He went to bat for us and got us an unreal mortgage rate and a great approval for the house we wanted. Derek is very professional and super friendly.
