Had a liaison worker here but my “file itself” was across the province. Most workers from here where helpful in comparison to the other CAS I was with. They just need to really fight more for their clients best interests (including file transfers) to ensure they are able to give the best care possible. Ottawa is one of the Richest CAS’s and I could have had a RGI apartment when i “aged out” if I was officially with Ottawa CAS.
