Ali was responsive right from the start, drafting a customized option based on my budget within a day. He was not pushy at all and provided as much time as necessary to think and get exactly what we want for a reasonable price. Once decided on the design and diamond, I quickly received a CAD drawing and got to view and inspect the diamond in a wax model before production. The ring was built soon after and was stunning, my fiancé loves it!

Ali was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was professional, honest and transparent about the whole process. I shopped all around Ottawa for a jeweler that could discuss a project like this and Ali was the only one that truly stood out from the rest. Ali and Constantin were a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. My ring has never looked more beautiful

When my now fiancee joined me for the initial consultation, we immediately felt at ease and were delighted with Ali’s welcoming nature, impressive knowledge, and open, non-judgemental approach to engagement ring design. We had shared with Ali about an experience of ours at a “bigger box ring store” about how the staff essentially told us what my fiancee should want vs. listen to what she actually wants.
Ali literally made the most perfect ring for my fiancee. My fiancee could not be happier with the incredibly gorgeous and unique ring that Ali created for her, and continually gets complimented on how beautiful it is. I too could not be happier.

(November 4, 2023, 2:47 pm)Vero did an amazing job on my custom engagement ring. Ali is a master at what he does and is one of the best gemologists around. He worked with me to find the best diamond for my budget and made recommendations based on the setting and specifics of the custom ring design. Vero provided a CAD model of the ring and 3D printed a wax model to make sure that the diamond and ring fit together perfectly before casting it. This also allowed me to make changes and tweaks to the ring design along the way which gave me peace of mind. Ali was very patient during the design process and was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and experience are evident from the quality and care he puts into each project. The ring turned out beautifully and my fiancée loves it.
