(February 1, 2024, 3:37 pm)The worst branch I have ever visit. Employees are late, not respectful. this morning, I reached at the bank door at 9 sharp, they opened 9:03. I gently asked what time you are opening, the lady who opened the door told me 9 then I asked her what time it is now? then another lady came out from an office yelling at me that we do NOT want customer in this branch who criticize us. I just told her to respect the time and she served me with an attitude that I owe her.
I hope the management of a respected bank like TD should take serious the customer's value, monitor the employees schedule and branch hours for opening and closing. -
