I had no idea what I was taking on acquiring a mortgage and Patty and Chad helped me every step of the way. The love and support they showed me was like none other. They're passionate about their work and the quality of service they provide for their customer. They were never to busy they always give their time. Chad and Patty always did a great job taking care of these clients providing them with expert advice and getting the job done each and every time. (October 26, 2018, 4:06 pm)Chad and Patty have been so phenomenal. They worked with my mom to get her first home and the service that she received was great and we thought to try it for ours.
As a first time home buyer and millennials and considering the recent bank of Canada hike in interest rate, we thought we would not qualify. Patty patiently worked with us to get a great rate. We have our home now, I compared my rate to my neighbour, ours was 0.5% less which is awesome in terms of interest rate. I will surely refer the duo a thousand and one times.
