(January 6, 2024, 2:52 pm)The owner and crew at renosmart deliver exceptional reno work, and like the name suggest strike a SMART balance between fine & meticulous homebuilding, and pragmatic execution within a budget.
The work included a full 1700sqft basement finish, including framing, improved insulation for energy, and sound-proofed drywalling to match. Alex the owner is very knowledgeable and EXPERIENCED in the complete design process, and has proven HVAC, plumbing, and electrical partners to deliver projects on time.
We've got an incredible basement to show for, including a couple rooms, home theatre, fitness area, and a fully tiled bathroom. I should mention Eric the tiler is the best in the Ottawa!
