Took a quick trip to Proulx Maple farm today (Mar 1 2020). It was quite cold which meant less people which was great. The overall experience was nice. Good for young families with children and or if you want to learn a bit about the history of maple syrup. Not much else to do there if you don't have kids to play and want to pet farm animals. The horse drawn carriage was cute and the staff working there were friendly.

Came in the fall for pumpkins. Lots of additional activities like petting animals, wagon rides, haunted house and giant mazes. Admission is a bit on the pricey side, but it seems like it goes back into upkeep of the property. My kids had fun on the many playgrounds and enjoyed the wagon rides. It's a great way to spend a nice fall day.
