The repairman came on time, and he did an excellent job lubricating several components. He also tackled the problem with the rollers and bearings easily. He had the unit in top-notch operating condition quickly.

We weren't pretty sure if it would continue to function safely, so we decided to have an expert come and look at it. We called Orléans Garage Door Repair Pros and managed to schedule a next-day appointment. Their repairman came by on time, and he looked neat and every inch a professional. He did a comprehensive maintenance service on our unit, and he fixed the minor problems he saw. It didn't cost us much, but the unit now works much better.
