(December 24, 2021, 4:24 pm)Lori's client-care is incredible. She takes the time to know her clients, and works pro-actively to educate them and ensure they are adequately protected. My most recent experience with Lori in this regard involved her making a courtesy call for my rental property ensuring that I was properly covered in relation to the condo board insurance. Because of that call I was able to recognize changes in my condo insurance that would have a major impact on my personal coverage. I was able to resolve the issue with Lori immediately and maintain my financial protection. Would highly recommend Lori and her team's services.

I have been with Lori Ishii for 22 years and there is nobody else I would trust to get me the best insurance and customer service than her. Her and her team go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. I consider her a friend and I recommend her without hesitation to anybody and everybody I know. She also has patience of a Saint. I would give more stars if I could.

I have coverage on my mobile home and two cars through their agency and would recommend both these ladies. Kudos Lori and Norma
