Seb inspected my pool prior to purchasing the house, and gave me a thorough operation breakdown with maintenance tips which was very helpful! Emmanuel winterized the pool. He was quick and efficient, took the time to answer the questions I had and gave recommendations.

(October 2, 2021, 2:56 pm)Were supposed to arrive around noon to winterize pool but came at 8am. Denice was very friendly and knowledgeable and they did a great job closing. I would recommend getting all information prior to booking as we ended up paying for a number of extra charges on top of what we were quoted. Overall we are happy with HB pools and will use again

The team on the phone and to perform the service is efficient, professional and so knowledgeable. I recommend HP Pools to everyone!
